Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analyses for the implementation of segmentation and sub-segmentation, identifying patterns and characteristics of members' life cycles.
Support the development of an operating model, offer models and commercial strategies.
Serve as a technical and analytical reference, influencing discussions based on insights and consistent analyses.
Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical and operational decisions.
Build relationships with Central Offices and Cooperatives to present opportunities, contributing to strategic engagement with the agro audience.
Support governance and act as a liaison with areas that develop solutions for the Agro sector, ensuring integration and synergy.
Contribute to the development of business strategies aimed at growing the Agro segment, strengthening members' primary relationship and generating value for members.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, with ease in building relationships and practice of active listening.
Strategic vision and analytical capacity to support data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree completed.
Postgraduate degree, specialization or MBA completed.
Solid experience in data analysis, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and managing results.
Significant experience serving members of the Agro segment and/or business managers related to the sector.
Knowledge of the Agro sector and its market dynamics.
