About the role

  • Consultor de Relacionamento managing client relationships for educational products. Supporting training, operations, and feedback for schools and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor partner schools or networks, ensuring implementation and effective use of educational products.
  • Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for clients on the solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, resolving questions or operational issues.
  • Collect feedback from schools and report insights to the internal team.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding the partnership.
  • Maintain close relationships, align expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
