About the role

  • Customer service role managing travel bookings and providing support to passengers. Delivering exceptional service from booking to departure in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, managing bookings from confirmation to departure
  • Handle incoming requests from customers and colleagues
  • Respond to customer, team queries & administrative tasks in line with team KPI guidelines
  • Work with commercial team for optimal group experiences
  • Collaborate with product team to implement trip changes/improvements
  • Execute all customer service tasks within the reservation system
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service role (retail, hospitality, sales etc)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective planning, prioritising and organising of workload
  • Accuracy, quality and attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • A love for overseas travel and holidays will be an advantage
