About the role

  • B2B Product Consultant in electronic equipment revenue management at Vivo, enhancing client experience and market strategy. Manage product portfolio and oversee distributor negotiations while ensuring performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for developing, evolving and managing the equipment resale business model and leading Apple management and support activities, covering requirements definition, restructuring, go-to-market and sales, including performance management (KPIs) and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the resale portfolio of IT equipment (notebooks, desktops, monitors and corporate devices).
  • Create and evolve the product roadmap, taking market trends, competitive analysis and customer needs into account.
  • Conduct evaluation and management of manufacturers, distributors and partners, negotiating commercial terms, inventory, availability and SLAs.
  • Prepare complete business cases (pricing, margin, demand, financial viability and ROI).
  • Support the commercial team with materials, pitches, training and value analyses.
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, margin, turnover, penetration, NPS).
  • Lead homologation/qualification processes, tests and pilots with enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Desired certifications: Apple Device Manager; Apple Deployment and Management.
  • Degree and/or post-graduate education preferred in: Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or Finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for detailed analyses and high-impact executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and other automation and reporting tools.
  • Experience with digital products and familiarity with the Telecom market.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Intermediate level of English or Spanish.
