About the role

  • Manager, Global Equity & Reward delivering innovative solutions for multinational clients. Managing projects across the lifecycle of global share plans while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
  • Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
  • Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field
  • Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations
  • Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent)
