About the role

  • Overseeing academic and financial processes at Colégio Positivo while ensuring data integrity and organizational transition. Collaborating with teams during the migration to a new academic system.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity, reliability and proper functioning of academic and financial processes
  • Work in academic operations, enrollment, class management and other essential routines
  • Perform analyses, validations and adjustments of databases during the migration to the new academic system

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in academic or financial operations
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:48 in a hybrid work arrangement
