About the role
- Process Analyst responsible for mapping and redesigning processes in a dynamic environment at Portobello Shop. Collaboration with partners to identify and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Map, design and update processes for partner areas, ensuring end-to-end visibility and appropriate documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis, data, metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
- Conduct diagnostics and facilitate continuous improvement workshops focused on gains in efficiency, quality or experience.
- Support process simplification and automation initiatives in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
- Work with business areas to prioritize and implement improvements, monitoring results and ongoing sustainability.
- Support the development and evolution of process policies, workflows and governance.
- Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to build integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in process mapping and redesign.
- Experience with continuous improvement projects or initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.
- Strong critical analysis skills, clear communication and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with mapping tools (e.g., Bizagi, Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).
- Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs), change management and process automation is desirable.
