Requirements

- Knowledge of building maintenance processes (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Ability to act as a technical reference and provide support to more junior analysts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
