About the role

  • Junior Support Analyst managing Microsoft 365 environments at Stefanini. Responsible for configuration, training, and technical support of Microsoft solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
  • Implement security policies, Conditional Access, and compliance (DLP, MPIP).
  • Provide Level 2/3 specialized training and support to users.
  • Monitor tenant health and optimize solution performance.
  • Manage license lifecycle and access permissions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, environment topologies, and user guides.
  • Support migration projects (on-premises to cloud or tenant-to-tenant).
  • Automate routine tasks using scripts or low-code tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience administering Microsoft 365.
  • Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune (endpoint management) and Autopilot.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (identity and groups).
  • Experience with migration tools (AvePoint, BitTitan, or native Microsoft tools).
  • PowerShell skills for Microsoft 365 service administration.
  • Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.
  • Technical English (reading and writing for opening tickets with Microsoft global support).
