About the role

• Content Analyst at Portobello Shop creating and managing marketing strategies and influencer relationships to enhance brand presence. Engaging across digital content channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content for institutional and brand profiles and other related channels.
• Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy.
• Map and recommend influencers aligned with the area’s objectives, the brand’s positioning and different stages of the funnel.
• Align compensations, schedules and deliverables, supporting negotiations and contract validation while managing the budget.
• Prepare briefings and scripts for influencers, manage involved vendors and monitor deliveries, strengthening relationships with the brand’s partners.
• Plan and coordinate special content coverage, ensuring narrative coherence and execution quality.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, identifying opportunities, trends and strategic adjustments.
• Provide operational support to social media routines, branding, customer service (SAC) and internal communications when needed.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of paid media actions, including support in developing briefs for creatives and alignment with the area’s strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with advanced skills in Google Slides.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, in areas of content production for retail, consumer or lifestyle brands.
• Experience in influencer marketing and strong relational skills with creators and influencers.
• Experience in the retail segment, with ability to execute campaigns, commercial actions, and marketing and content strategies.
• Mastery of key content formats and best practices for Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and similar platforms.
• Experience in budget management and control of marketing investments.
• Strong writing skills and proficiency in Portuguese.
• Proactive, agile mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Critical thinking, broad cultural background and a consistent editorial vision.
• Organized, proactive, good communicator and able to work collaboratively across different business areas.
• Knowledge of scripting and video editing is a plus.
• English language skills are desirable.
