About the role

  • IT Support Engineer for Pompa Program's technology team focused on automating processes and providing IT support. Collaborating with marketing and systems architecture teams for effective data strategies and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing information systems to improve process efficiency, scalability, increase user productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Explore and help solve Automation and IT bugs.
  • Work directly with System Architects and Administrators to identify and build automations to support business functions across Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment operations.
  • Support the IT administrator in conjunction with HR and various managers, in automating employee onboarding and offboarding tasks.
  • Occasionally attend meetings with internal stakeholders (with a systems architect) to fully understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Develop software documentation and user guides for systems.
  • Explore and help solve Automation and IT bugs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building IT Solutions and Automations
  • Experience in Hubspot and Zapier or similar platforms
  • Working experience with Okta
  • Experience working in an Agile environment or willing to work in one
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (not required but preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
