About the role

  • IT & Systems Administrator supporting IT operations at Bird & Blend Tea Co. Handling systems administration, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the general operational performance of our IT systems and processes, ensuring seamless service levels for our stores, website & warehouse teams.
  • Be a point of contact for team members with any issues across any of our systems and problem solve, either independently or in collaboration with agencies, contractors and software support teams (external) to resolve.
  • Play a key role in maintaining our databases to ensure data integrity and effective feeds into all systems.
  • Work closely with the D2C digital team and the B2B team to provide support.
  • Strive to continually improve IT service and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience with desktop systems and applications
  • Proven experience in a similar role or training in a similar subject.
  • Experience in a similar industry (Retail, FMCG) is desirable but not essential.
  • Foundation knowledge of IT concepts - including networks, cloud and hosting technologies, end-user-devices, operating systems, and applications.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to overcome challenges faced on a daily basis.
