About the role
- DevSecOps Engineer developing services in Go Lang or Java with automation for IT landscape. Responsibilities include building hybrid environments and supporting secure application development.
Responsibilities
- You independently develop services in Go (Golang) or Java with a high degree of automation and are responsible for their deployment — "You built it, you run it"
- Work on exciting topics such as building a hybrid environment composed of AWS, Kubernetes, Azure, and VMware, as well as further developing the in-house PKI solution
- Support other teams in developing secure applications and platforms
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- You have deep development experience in at least one higher-level programming language (e.g., Java) and an interest in learning and applying new languages (e.g., Golang)
- You have experience across the full software development lifecycle for scalable cloud services (IaC, testing, refactoring, CI/CD, monitoring)
- Ideally, you already have experience with technologies such as AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault, Consul, and/or Packer
