About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of security and operational efficiency
- Lead a team of employees from diverse technical backgrounds

- Research, implement, document, and audit custom deployment solutions
- Configure and deploy systems and services to support Infrastructure initiatives

Requirements
- Minimum of eight years’ IT-related experience, with 4-5 years focused on DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure
- Minimum of 3 years leading and managing a team of engineers and IT professionals
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical employees
- A strong Linux background including knowledge of containerization technologies
- Enterprise experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Automation and CI/CD experience including tools such as Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions
- Development experience with languages such as Python, Bash, and/or Java
- Enterprise experience with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure
- Extensive experience troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Experience with data storage strategies in cloud and on-premises
- A strong security background and familiarity with US Government security and compliance benchmarks
- A bachelor's degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience
- Security-related certifications or training (CISSP, Sec+, etc.)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
