Asset Manager within PNC's Commercial Real Estate organization managing portfolios and borrower requests. Analyzing financial reports and evaluating credit risks in commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Oversees portfolios and/or Borrower requests of routine to medium complexity for secured CMBS, Agency, SASB, SFR or other portfolios
Analyze financial reports including property operating statements, loan guarantor financials, loan level covenants, and market economic data
Review and interpret complex loan documents and servicing agreement provisions
Evaluate credit risk and propose risk mitigants using commercial real estate knowledge
Prepare and present formal recommendations for approvals according to authority delegations
Engage in verbal and written communication with external parties including borrowers, internal and external legal counsel, rating agencies, etc.
Collaborate with internal business partners using commercial real estate expertise
Requirements
2+ years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge in Asset Management
Proficiency in Decision Making and Financial Accounting
Skills in Financial Management and General Ledger (GL)
Experience with Investment Management and Revenue Recognition
Strong competencies in Data Gathering and Reporting
Effective Communications and Financial Statement Analysis
Capable of Managing Multiple Priorities
Knowledge of Market Risk and Negotiating
Problem Solving in Regulatory Environment - Financial Services
University / college degree is preferred; alternatives include relevant job-specific certification(s) and experience (including military service)
