About the role
- Asset Manager within PNC's Commercial Real Estate organization managing portfolios and borrower requests. Analyzing financial reports and evaluating credit risks in commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Oversees portfolios and/or Borrower requests of routine to medium complexity for secured CMBS, Agency, SASB, SFR or other portfolios
- Analyze financial reports including property operating statements, loan guarantor financials, loan level covenants, and market economic data
- Review and interpret complex loan documents and servicing agreement provisions
- Evaluate credit risk and propose risk mitigants using commercial real estate knowledge
- Prepare and present formal recommendations for approvals according to authority delegations
- Engage in verbal and written communication with external parties including borrowers, internal and external legal counsel, rating agencies, etc.
- Collaborate with internal business partners using commercial real estate expertise
