About the role

  • Strategic Commercial Manager leading business growth through client acquisition and team development. Responsible for achieving commercial targets and ensuring market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business and clients to expand the commercial portfolio.
  • Ensure achievement of the commercial targets established for the Business Unit.
  • Build, develop and train the team, ensuring excellence in the execution of activities.
  • Monitor performance indicators, proposing corrective actions whenever necessary.
  • Analyze internal and external market information to support strategic decisions.
  • Act with initiative and focus on increasing revenues, strengthening the company's competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial/sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a Technical Diploma in Building Construction.
  • Analytical profile with decision-making ability and strategic vision.
  • Proactive, strong negotiation skills and results-oriented.
  • Own vehicle and availability for travel.
  • Experience in team management and people development.
