About the role
- Proposal Coordinator assisting with RFPs and proposals at PNC's Institutional Asset Management. Supporting senior staff with various proposal-related tasks from a remote location.
Responsibilities
- Assist with responding to Request For Proposals (RFPs)
- Create proposals and maintain content by supporting senior staff
- Document formatting (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proofreading and organizing biographies and appendices
- Attend and take notes on kickoff calls
- Assistance with request intake and SharePoint maintenance
- Subject matter expert (SME) outreach
- Incorporating accessibility standards
- Managing proactive and basic proposal/RFP requests
- Identifying content improvement and helping with content editing
- Reporting and analysis support
- Additional support as needed by the team
Requirements
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Communications or writing background/experience; strong written communication skills
- Prior sales or sales support experience
- Familiarity with RFPs, due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), sales proposal writing; interest in a career in the proposal industry
- Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; familiarity with Salesforce, Qvidian or a similar RFP management software, Seismic
