Responsibilities
Define and execute the roadmap for payment products within the commercial digital banking ecosystem, aligned with client needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
Champion intuitive, secure, and scalable payment experiences for corporate users, throughout the payment lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
Serve as product manager on agile teams, managing backlogs, defining requirements and assigning priorities.
Monitor industry trends in B2B payments and digital banking to inform strategic decision-making.
Work with 1LOD/2LOD and payment business stakeholders to ensure all features meet enterprise risk and regulatory standards.
Crafts and delivers compelling strategic presentations tailored for both internal stakeholders and external audiences, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Treasury Management Service and Implementation teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in payments, fintech, or corporate banking.
Strong understanding of payment networks (ACH, wire, RTP) and treasury workflows.
Experience managing payment experiences to support an international client base.
Experience working with agile teams and tools like Jira and Figma.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
