- Learn to use deliverability monitoring tools and CRM platforms.
- Participate in initial investigations of delivery issues across different channels.
- Attend team meetings to understand how deliverability affects clients' business strategy and demonstrate curiosity about how AI can optimize communications and processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Advertising, Technology, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Curiosity about the CRM ecosystem and digital communication channels.
