Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5 or equivalent)
- Strong interest in project management
- Solid data skills: descriptive statistics, multivariate analyses, indicator construction, dataset manipulation and data visualization
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid programming fundamentals (R, Python, VBA…)
- Passion for HR topics: future of work, employee experience, quality of work life, corporate culture, CSR (corporate social responsibility) and organizational performance
- Comfortable in client-facing roles and able to propose relevant and innovative solutions
- Curious, autonomous, versatile, with a strong capacity to adapt
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
