About the role

• Senior Data Analyst contributing to data-driven decision making at Plum, a smart saving and investing app with over 2 million users. Engaging in meaningful analyses and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Become domain-expert in the space that you cover, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketeers at Plum to define and execute the team’s roadmap
• Develop your team’s metrics, targets and visualisations to monitor the team’s performance and unpack trends
• Perform deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights that help your team better understand the users and identify high-impact opportunities, e.g. new features, bugs
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate new releases
• Build and maintain data models in your space using BigQuery and dbt
• Opportunity to people manage and mentor

Requirements

• You have a proven track-record of at 5+ years in a quantitative role, demonstrating strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and self-managing; you are impact-driven and are able to balance quality and speed
• You can clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical solutions and challenges, actively participate retrospective dialog and propose solutions
• You have strong SQL skills and ideally Python / R, dbt
• You are experienced with data visualisation tools, e.g. Looker, tableau, matplotlib
• You are familiar with causal inference and experimentation
• Good to have: experience in Fintech, B2C digital companies and / or fast-paced scale-ups
