Requirements
- 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Bid-Management oder Sales Controlling
- Ein tiefes Verständnis für Sales-Zyklen, Prozesse und Entscheidungslogik
- Zahlenaffinität und Freude daran, Komplexes zu strukturieren
- CRM-Erfahrung (z. B. Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft
