About the role

  • Store Manager handling customer service and sales for CAMP DAVID and SOCCX brands. Responsible for team support, product management, and sales analysis in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Customer-focused consultation and sales of our top brands CAMP DAVID & SOCCX
  • Creative, sales-driven merchandise presentation
  • Operating the cash register and handling customer complaints
  • Receiving and inspecting goods
  • Inventory management, stocktaking and returns management
  • Support in workforce planning and scheduling, sales promotion, merchandising, and employee development
  • Taking responsibility for reporting and analysis of sales figures

Requirements

  • You are a natural salesperson (m/f/d) with leadership qualities
  • You have good analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skills
  • You work independently, show initiative and are flexible
