About the role

• Solution Architect responsible for the technical implementation of the PLANFOX cloud patient portal. Collaborating with the team and configuring client-specific interfaces and solutions.

Responsibilities

• You will, together with the team, take responsibility for the technical implementation of the implementation projects for our cloud solution, the PLANFOX patient portal
• You configure the patient portal's interfaces to match the customer's respective third-party systems
• You act as an expert for the configuration and architecture of the patient portal
• In close coordination with implementation and development, you design technical solutions for the further development of our product landscape
• You act as a subject-matter expert for all questions related to integration into hospitals' IT infrastructure and processes

Requirements

• Regardless of whether you have vocational training or a university degree: your practical experience in computer science or network engineering is what matters most to us
• You have knowledge of medical communication standards (with a focus on HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR) and bring experience from projects in the healthcare sector
• You are familiar with network technologies (HTTPS, TLS, TCP/IP, IPSec), enabling you to integrate our cloud solution into hospital IT networks
• You are eager to contribute your expertise and commitment to a growing startup and enjoy actively shaping the next development stages of PLANFOX
• You think analytically and enjoy applying your organizational skills to customer projects
• You present yourself professionally to customers and partners, work in a customer-oriented manner and take responsibility for your work
• Your language skills allow you to ensure smooth communication with our predominantly German-speaking customers
