Responsibilities
Owning and maintaining the speaker, partner and guest pipelines as a core working system.
Project managing timelines, task trackers and action lists across workstreams.
Supporting programme development to ensure content aligns with Planet A’s thesis and our brand while captivating our key stakeholders.
Supporting the summit’s content and communications work alongside our Brand and Communications Manager.
Logistics coordination for speakers, guests, partners and vendors.
You’ll be supported closely by the team and encouraged to ask questions, learn quickly and think creatively.
Requirements
Early in your career and eager to learn how venture capital and investor platforms operate from the inside.
Action-oriented, organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
Takes ownership and follows through on what you commit to.
Communicates clearly and professionally in English and enjoys working with a wide range of people.
Cares about quality and takes pride in work that reflects well on the people and institutions behind it.
Prior experience in VC or events is helpful but not required.
