About the role
- Intern supporting operations for Planet A Ventures, a VC firm focused on tackling systemic challenges. Engage in event management, stakeholder communication, and logistics coordination.
Responsibilities
- Owning and maintaining the speaker, partner and guest pipelines as a core working system.
- Project managing timelines, task trackers and action lists across workstreams.
- Supporting programme development to ensure content aligns with Planet A’s thesis and our brand while captivating our key stakeholders.
- Supporting the summit’s content and communications work alongside our Brand and Communications Manager.
- Logistics coordination for speakers, guests, partners and vendors.
- You’ll be supported closely by the team and encouraged to ask questions, learn quickly and think creatively.
Requirements
- Early in your career and eager to learn how venture capital and investor platforms operate from the inside.
- Action-oriented, organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
- Takes ownership and follows through on what you commit to.
- Communicates clearly and professionally in English and enjoys working with a wide range of people.
- Cares about quality and takes pride in work that reflects well on the people and institutions behind it.
- Prior experience in VC or events is helpful but not required.
