Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Oversee the custom club fitting process, ensuring that customers receive personalized service.
Manage the apparel sales segment, including seasonal launches and inventory management.
Ensure that every customer interaction reflects PXG’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including compliance with company policies.
Serve as a brand ambassador for PXG, embodying the company’s values and ethos.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the golf industry.
Must possess a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
In-depth knowledge of custom club fitting processes, golf equipment, and apparel trends.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and build lasting relationships.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in retail management software and MS Office applications.
