About the role
- The Junior Business Analyst will act as a key technical and operational contributor in executing our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy;
- You will be responsible for structuring, creating, and adapting communication materials and content for high-value targets (key accounts);
- Ensure that the PIT SMART GOV message is clear, visually engaging, and delivered in the optimal format;
- Assist in organizing and adapting marketing materials (presentations, case studies, e-books, email marketing);
- Create, layout, and edit graphic and visual materials for Digital Marketing and ABM campaigns;
- Record, edit, and finalize short videos and reels;
- Support the team in executing email marketing campaigns and direct communications;
- Keep the asset and content library organized and up to date;
- Assist in collecting basic content performance data for weekly reports;
- Actively collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical content is translated into value-focused language.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
- Developing briefs with internal stakeholders and designing communication campaigns;
- Creating graphic assets and managing social and digital media;
- Basic knowledge of negotiation and business development;
- Basic knowledge of copywriting and SEO;
- Familiarity with CRM tools;
- Knowledge and/or interest in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies (a plus);
- Prior experience in innovation environments, technology companies, or science/technology parks (a plus);
- Experience or knowledge of working with the public sector (governments, agencies, state-owned enterprises) or large corporations (a plus).
