About the role

Responsibilities
- Understand users' needs based on research, data and active listening with other teams, aligning priorities with PMs to define the roadmap.
- Participate in co-creating solutions.
- Map user journeys.
- Prototype using the Design System and contribute to the evolution of components.
- Validate hypotheses through qualitative and quantitative testing.
- Hand off designs to the engineering team.
- Monitor development and ensure the quality of delivery.
- After launch, analyze success metrics and propose improvements based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- Degree in Design or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, usability, and user experience.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking and discovery methodologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of key UX metrics.
- Experience in Product Discovery, from problem definition to solution validation.
- Ability to create and evolve interfaces and high-fidelity, navigable prototypes (high level of craft).
- Experience using and evolving Design Systems.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
- Use of data to inform design decisions (Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar tools).
- Experience querying data and insights in tools like Looker.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for ticket consultation.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI applied to design and product.
