Requirements
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Campaign Management, Programmatic Advertising oder Ad Management.
- Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung mit, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und weißt, wie man Mitarbeitende motiviert und weiterentwickelt.
- Du begegnest deinem Team auf Augenhöhe, hast immer ein offenes Ohr für deine Kolleg*innen, und förderst individuell deren Fähigkeiten.
- Du hast eine technische Affinität in Bezug auf Tracking, Web-Analytics, Ad-Management und ein hohes Zahlenverständnis.
