About the role

  • Leading digital media campaigns from strategy to optimization. Managing a team and developing media recommendations at pilot Agency.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead a team and, together with your colleagues, develop digital media campaigns that deliver impact — from strategic planning through analysis and optimization.
  • You will develop strategic media recommendations and digital concepts that excite our clients and create real impact.
  • You will monitor projects, resources and capacities to ensure client projects and new business are executed efficiently and purposefully.
  • You will act as the primary contact for your clients, build long-term partnerships and demonstrate your expertise and strong communication skills.
  • You will actively support your team’s development, set priorities and create an environment where collaboration, accountability and quality are standard.
  • You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines and introduce new impulses around BI, AI, data and innovative media approaches into our work.
  • You will help shape topics proactively, further develop campaigns, processes and structures, and bring in new ideas.
  • You will take responsibility for clients, projects and your team while continuously developing professionally and personally.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in digital media planning and consulting, ideally with management experience.
  • Deep expertise in media and a very good understanding of the digital media landscape and market mechanics.
  • Experience managing complex campaign architectures and developing strategic media recommendations.
  • Enjoy taking responsibility, developing teams and supporting colleagues.
  • Decisiveness, sense of responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to bring clients, teams and diverse perspectives together.
  • Very good German language skills and enjoyment in presenting and driving projects forward convincingly.
  • A good sense for trends and how communications measures interlock across the entire marketing funnel.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop yourself and your environment.
