Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre
Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication for the duration of the tenancy
Responsible for accepting and understanding tenants maintenance requirements, providing a triage service
Communicate maintenance issues to the landlord with a solution
Update all parties on a regular basis by phone, email or text and logging notes
Make regular ‘well being’ calls to the landlord
Work with the property management team to ensure all works are completed and invoiced
Ensure all mandatory compliance / legislation is in place on all properties
Work with the Property Visit Clerks to ensure all properties have been inspected
Place calls to all managed landlords and tenants prior to vacation
Ensure check out process is followed and communication is sent out
Requirements
Excellent communication, written and verbal
Professional telephone manner
Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
Full UK Driving License Required
