About the role

  • B2B Sales Specialist at PICKPLACE managing customer acquisition and support through various channels. Collaborating with technical teams to prepare offers and maintain documentation in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition via email, postal mail, and telephone
  • Participation in active deals – from the initial inquiry through to the proposal
  • Preparing proposals/quotes in coordination with the technical team and management
  • Sales administration: following up, documenting, and maintaining organized records

Requirements

  • More than 2 years' experience in inside sales or customer support
  • Experience in a B2B context, e.g., IT, SaaS, agency, or enterprise-level services
  • Ability to deploy targeted sales and marketing measures
  • Outgoing, communicative, and a strong team player
  • Career changers welcome
  • Must hold citizenship of an EU member state and be able to demonstrate German language proficiency at least at C2 level
