Performance Marketing Manager optimizing Meta, Google, and YouTube ads for Phira Ventures' brands. Analyzing performance data while collaborating with marketing teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Meta, Google, and YouTube ads across a portfolio of brands.
Be part of the broader marketing planning across our portfolio companies. That includes shaping promotion calendars, pressure-testing offers and product positioning, supporting other marketing channels when needed, and giving the content and design team clear, data-backed input to improve websites and landing pages based on what you’re learning from paid acquisition.
Go deep in the numbers daily: performance breakdowns, funnel metrics, attribution, efficiency, marginal gains. You’ll dive deep into performance data, spot patterns others miss, and optimise relentlessly.
Optimise our ad assets and campaigns aggressively and systematically, down to the last decimal.
Build (with us) a rigorous, repeatable testing system based on clear hypotheses, clean test design, disciplined measurement, and fast iteration cycles.
Work closely with our marketing team and in-house creatives. You’ll drive which assets get tested next and keep the feedback loop tight.
Maintain clean tracking and reporting (we use Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, GTM, and platform analytics).
Requirements
Highly analytical mindset — you enjoy working with numbers every day.
Extreme attention to detail and high standards for precision.
Solid understanding of the customer acquisition funnel end-to-end.
Fluency in English.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Lisbon and able to work 4 days/week from the office.
High ownership and a bias for action (you don’t wait to be told what to do next).
