About the role

  • Order Management Coordinator facilitating customer orders in a pharmaceutical setting. Ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete order lifecycle: receipt, purchase order (PO) confirmation, processing and follow-up through to delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries promptly, professionally and proactively
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for each order and ensure full traceability
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, quality, business units) to ensure product availability and adherence to deadlines
  • Proactively monitor shipments and delivery timelines, keeping customers informed of order status
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for customers on the progress of their projects
  • Participate in initiatives to improve order management and customer service processes
  • Assist with planning and coordinating daily operational activities

Requirements

  • University degree in supply chain, business administration, life sciences or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, logistics or operations
  • Exceptional recent graduates with strong internships or relevant skills will also be considered
