Responsibilities
Manage the complete order lifecycle: receipt, purchase order (PO) confirmation, processing and follow-up through to delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries promptly, professionally and proactively
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for each order and ensure full traceability
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, quality, business units) to ensure product availability and adherence to deadlines
Proactively monitor shipments and delivery timelines, keeping customers informed of order status
Prepare regular reports and updates for customers on the progress of their projects
Participate in initiatives to improve order management and customer service processes
Assist with planning and coordinating daily operational activities
Requirements
University degree in supply chain, business administration, life sciences or a related field
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, logistics or operations
Exceptional recent graduates with strong internships or relevant skills will also be considered
