Responsibilities
First point of contact for all our customers
Assist customers in challenging situations with topics such as ongoing rentals, our vehicles, app features, and payment options
Receive inquiries by phone and email in the Service Center as part of a shift schedule and resolve them as quickly as possible
Identify methods to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Filter important information and provide your colleagues and other teams with detailed reports or feedback about malfunctions in the app or in the vehicles
Understand customers' needs and deliver high-quality service
Requirements

Enjoy advising and supporting customers
Highly communicative with excellent interpersonal skills
Ideally experienced with customer support or CRM software
German fluency at C1 level (spoken and written) and English at B1 level; additional languages are a plus
A positive attitude toward work and a strong team spirit
Able to ensure an outstanding customer experience and willing to go the extra mile
Empathetic, with a positive demeanor and a strong desire to continuously help our customers
