About the role

  • Customer Relationship Representative at Konecta responsible for promoting and selling products and services to clients. Engaging with customers through inbound calls and providing assistance in a client-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and advise members and prospects
  • Promote and sell the full range of the group's products and services
  • Handle inbound calls exclusively for this activity
  • You may be assigned to other operations
