Responsibilities
- Multichannel-Content in diversen Formaten: Planung, Erstellung und Steuerung von Inhalten für Website, Instagram, WhatsApp & Podcast.
- SEO-Content & Datenanalyse: Auswertung von Daten aus Google Search Console und einschlägigen SEO-Tools.
- Keyword-Research, Suchintention-Analysen & Wettbewerbsvergleiche.

- Regelmäßiges Monitoring relevanter KPIs (Rankings, CTR, Impressionen, Traffic).

- Optimierung bestehender Inhalte (SEO, Struktur, Lesbarkeit, Nutzerführung).
- Einsatz moderner Tools & KI: Unterstützung bei Recherche, Ideenfindung, Datenanalyse und effizienteren Workflows.
- Mitarbeit an diversen Content-Formaten (Konzept, Skript, Briefing, Abstimmung).
- Agiles Arbeiten mit Jira und interdisziplinären Teams.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gesundheitswesen, Pflegewissenschaft, Journalismus, Kommunikations-/Medienwissenschaft oder eine vergleichbare redaktionelle Ausbildung oder ähnliches.
- Berufserfahrung im Content Management, Online-Redaktion oder Social Media.
- Sichere SEO-Basiskenntnisse und Lust, datengetrieben zu arbeiten.
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Google Search Console, dem Google Stack bzw. Keyword-Tools.
- Freude am Lesen und Interpretieren von Daten; analytisches Denken.
- Verständnis für digitale Content-Strategien und zielgruppengerechte Formate.
- Routine im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen (idealerweise WordPress oder Storyblock).
- Sorgfalt, Kreativität, Teamgeist und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau.
