Responsibilities
Support the development, maintenance, and oversight of medical project plans and tracking of key deliverables
Manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, and plans for project quality, resources, and communications
Work with medical team members to proactively identify and escalate risks or opportunities
Ensure alignment with medical leads and cross-functional stakeholders
Serve as subject matter expert for assigned processes
Support financial projections and overall management for assigned Region, TA, or Asset budget(s)
Work with Pfizer Oncology AI / Innovation colleagues to support the creation and development of new tools
Support facilitation of team and/or Medical Strategy meetings
Support presentation development for internal meetings and Op Plan process
Responsible for maintaining all key documents in source systems / platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields
Experience in medical affairs programs, clinical study operations and / or medical communication operations
Experience in a global work environment
Understanding and adherence to Project Management methodologies
Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills
Ability to manage vendor relationships
Ability to operate effectively in a heavily matrix organization
Capable of working independently on multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
Ability to build effective relationships to influence without authority
Flexibility to adapt to changing project scope and direction
Identifies, analyzes and communicates problems, issues and opportunities
Excellent organization skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
