Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and oversight of medical project plans and tracking of key deliverables

- Responsible for maintaining all key documents in source systems / platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields
- Experience in medical affairs programs, clinical study operations and / or medical communication operations
- Experience in a global work environment
- Understanding and adherence to Project Management methodologies
- Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage vendor relationships
- Ability to operate effectively in a heavily matrix organization
- Capable of working independently on multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to build effective relationships to influence without authority
