About the role

  • Project Management Officer defining and implementing standardized project management methodologies for internal projects in an inclusive enterprise based in Toulouse.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Support each project manager or work with a department to provide cross-functional oversight of a portfolio of projects
  • Ensure smooth project execution using various tools: schedules, budgets, and deliverable quality
  • Liaise with internal project teams as well as external clients, subcontractors, software vendors, or MOE (maîtrise d’œuvre)

Requirements

  • First experience in project management
  • English: minimum B2 level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
