About the role
- Technical Project Manager leading critical application projects in an international environment at Atos. Engaging with teams, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analysis & specifications: Gather and formalize business requirements in English
- Write functional and technical specifications
- Estimate development effort and plan resources with the team manager
- Technical management: Plan and track project milestones in a V-model lifecycle
- Lead developers, review deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage inter-team dependencies in coordination with the Tech Lead and deployment teams
- Testing & acceptance: Manage internal testing/qualification using QC ALM
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business owner (MOA)
- Manage defects, organize demos, and maintain project communication
- Support & maintenance: Provide one week of on-call support every 8 weeks (rotational)
- Create and deploy corrective scripts in production
- Track PowerBuilder releases and corrective patches
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+3/Bac+5)
- At least 7 years' experience in a technical project leadership role for application projects
- Ideally experienced in an environment including: Java, Angular, PL/SQL, PowerBuilder, QC ALM, V-model lifecycle, OPALE or equivalent
- Comfortable in international environments (fluent English required)
- Organized, rigorous, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Recognized for strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong coordinator between business stakeholders and technical teams
