About the role

  • Project Management Officer managing HSE tasks for a company focused on inclusion and industrial services in France. Capturing security data and ensuring project quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Capture safety data sheets (SDS) in an SAP‑hosted tool to ensure their availability to operators.
  • Create reports and progress updates for the project(s) being tracked.
  • Monitor and verify project progress (quality / cost / schedule) and ensure compliance with the specifications.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Track project risks.
  • Ensure the overall quality of the project.

Requirements

  • At equal qualifications, priority given to jobseekers holding Recognition of Disabled Worker status (RQTH).
  • HSE/chemistry background with knowledge of the REACH regulation.
  • English: C1 level.
  • Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Experience in supplier/vendor relations.
