- Advanced degree (MD, Pharmacist or PhD) with clinical, academic or research experience
- Medical Affairs experience in areas related to Internal Medicine
- Experience in a leading medical affairs position in country (e.g. Country Medical Director/Lead)
- Familiarity with International and European regions and their regulatory environment
- Ability to discuss scientific aspects of asset development
