Responsibilities
Reporting into the Global Prevenar Pediatrics Lead, responsible for the lifecycle planning of the PCV franchise and competitive strategy.
Develop the mid to long term franchise strategy including PG4 launch planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and develop strategies across data.
Identify and understand clinical data and competitor trends in the market.
Develop insights and create a compelling strategy utilizing data/RWE to create a commercial narrative.
Serve as the key strategic commercial point of contact for Global medical on RWE needs and planning.
Accountable for the mid-to-long-term strategy to maximize growth for the PCV franchise.
Monitor clinical data read outs to identify themes to support strategy development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or commercial within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to distill data and insights to develop strategy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Diverse leadership experience including in-market and above country/regional/global scope.
Able to form excellent relationships with key global and local cross-functional partners.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead by influence to effectively develop and implement strategies.
