Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Global Prevenar Pediatrics Lead, responsible for the lifecycle planning of the PCV franchise and competitive strategy.
- Develop the mid to long term franchise strategy including PG4 launch planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and develop strategies across data.
- Identify and understand clinical data and competitor trends in the market.
- Develop insights and create a compelling strategy utilizing data/RWE to create a commercial narrative.
- Serve as the key strategic commercial point of contact for Global medical on RWE needs and planning.
- Accountable for the mid-to-long-term strategy to maximize growth for the PCV franchise.
- Monitor clinical data read outs to identify themes to support strategy development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or commercial within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to distill data and insights to develop strategy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diverse leadership experience including in-market and above country/regional/global scope.
