About the role

  • Key Account Manager in heating technology at PFEIFFER & MAY Group for construction and architecture. Responsible for client support, product placement, and market observation.

Responsibilities

  • Competent point of contact for property developers, housing companies, TGA planning offices (building services/MEP), and architectural firms
  • Build and expand a strategic network
  • Support our customers with tailored TGA (building services) concepts
  • Targeted placement of our products with tendering parties and decision-makers
  • Market monitoring and initiation of necessary measures
  • Development and structuring of the sales territory
  • Proactive sales consulting
  • Marketing of P&M services
  • Goal-oriented project tracking
  • Strategic scheduling

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of the SHK industry (sanitary, heating, and HVAC)
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Good time management and self-organization
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • High self-motivation and commitment
