About the role

Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of Financial Services customers, including banks, national law firms, and mortgage processing providers, using the PEXA Exchange.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing operational guidance and resolving issues.
- Contribute to complex change initiatives such as bank mergers, coordinating timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Deliver business-as-usual operational support, assist with onboarding activities, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Help develop training materials and customer guidance while adhering to PEXA’s risk and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience supporting customers within financial services or regulated environments
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience
- Hands-on experience using the PEXA Exchange
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer outcomes
