Marketing Coordinator ensuring excellence in Visual Merchandising strategies for Petz. Leading a team and executing projects to enhance brand positioning and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Ensure excellence in the execution of Petz's Visual Merchandising strategies by leading projects that reinforce brand positioning, strengthen customer engagement, and drive commercial performance. Additionally, work strategically on the go-to-market for private-label products, ensuring differentiated communication and an integrated in-store shopping experience;
Lead a team of 3 Marketing / Visual Merchandising Analysts, ensuring technical development, strategic alignment, and efficient delivery execution;
Plan, monitor, and guide the team in implementing the visual communication guide for new store openings, ensuring consistency with Petz's branding and commercial calendar;
Lead store retrofit projects, promoting visual communication updates and continuous improvement of the customer experience;
Manage and execute commercial and seasonal campaigns, translating marketing strategies into attractive and effective visual activations at the point of sale (POS);
Monitor performance indicators related to Visual Merchandising execution and sales impact;
Ensure uniformity and timely updates of visual communication across the store network, aligned with the Petz brand identity;
Collaborate closely with Operations, Commercial, Expansion, and Private Label teams to ensure synergy between strategy, execution, and customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
Proven experience in team coordination and project management of Visual Merchandising within medium- to large-scale retail chains is preferred.
Availability to work in a hybrid model from our office in São Paulo, SP;
Experience with product launches (go-to-market) and/or private-label brand communication is a strong plus.
Knowledge of project management, presentation, and visual design tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, etc.).
