Responsibilities
You are responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing new and ongoing projects
You understand your clients' needs and deliver our product to them as a fully functional, high-quality high-tech parking solution
You support internal projects of varying complexity and actively contribute ideas to improve internal processes, strengthening the Operations team and the wider Peter Park organization
You support and are responsible for ensuring compliance with framework guidelines to secure the achievement of set objectives
You act as an interface between Sales and the CRM team: in coordination with the departments, you ensure a smooth handover process for projects
Requirements
You have completed a degree in real estate management, engineering, business administration, event management, or a comparable qualification
You have strong interpersonal skills: listening is just as important as speaking
Entrepreneurial mindset: we need entrepreneurs at heart to achieve our goals
Your personal drive, hands‑on mentality, and structured, independent, analytical way of working are essential
In dealings with clients and external partners, you demonstrate professionalism and a confident, competent manner
