About the role

  • Intern supporting paid media operations at a marketing team. Role involves campaign management and performance analysis under guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, organization and updating of paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Assist with budget tracking, schedules and campaign status.
  • Support monitoring basic performance metrics (impressions, clicks, leads, cost per result).
  • Prepare simple media reports and follow-up presentations.
  • Assist with sending materials and briefs to agencies or external partners, when applicable.
  • Support implementation of operational adjustments to campaigns, under team guidance.
  • Help organize assets (creatives, ad copy, links, UTMs).
  • Assist with administrative routines related to digital media.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Interest in paid media, digital marketing and performance marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and organizing information.
  • Willingness to learn data analysis and campaign performance evaluation.
