About the role

  • Marketing Manager driving growth for FLO's residential charging solutions across sales channels. Responsible for strategic marketing and demand generation with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead an omnichannel growth strategy aligned with business objectives, integrating: distribution and eCommerce; product marketing positioning and value proposition; demand generation and marketing activation.
  • Define the marketing strategy to support sales across all channels.
  • Develop launch plans for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Optimize the channel mix based on profitability and positioning.
  • Identify growth levers (pricing, product offering, programs, partnerships).
  • Define the acquisition and demand-generation strategy (digital, partners).
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI (CAC, ROAS, profitability).
  • Supervise agencies and execution partners (media, eCommerce, content).
  • Develop marketing tools to support partners.
  • Structure promotional and incentive programs to drive sales.
  • Ensure message and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align strategy with field execution.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-performing experience across all channels (social media, customer service, partners).
  • Track performance KPIs (revenue, margins, conversion, acquisition).
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations and develop dashboards.
  • Coordinate internal teams (sales, product, operations, finance).
  • Manage external partners responsible for execution (eCommerce platforms, agencies, etc.).
  • Play a key role in commercial planning (S&OP, forecasting, growth initiatives).
  • Manage a resource that operationalizes online commerce.
  • Candidate based in Montreal: remote work + travel to Quebec City once per month.
  • Candidate based in Quebec City: hybrid — remote work and in-person collaboration 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, administration, marketing or a related field (or equivalent);
  • Proven experience in commercialization, online commerce and marketing (over 5 years);
  • Proficiency with performance tracking, reporting and CRM tools (sales forecasting, data analysis);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English — English is required to collaborate with partners and internal teams across Canada.
  • Strong analytical rigor and the ability to monitor and manage performance indicators;
  • Initiative and proactivity to identify and resolve operational issues;
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external teams and projects simultaneously;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment;
  • Ability to positively influence contributors and act as a strategic internal and external partner;
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
