Marketing Manager driving growth for FLO's residential charging solutions across sales channels. Responsible for strategic marketing and demand generation with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Define and lead an omnichannel growth strategy aligned with business objectives, integrating: distribution and eCommerce; product marketing positioning and value proposition; demand generation and marketing activation.
Define the marketing strategy to support sales across all channels.
Develop launch plans for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Optimize the channel mix based on profitability and positioning.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities and risks.
Translate data into strategic recommendations and develop dashboards.
Coordinate internal teams (sales, product, operations, finance).
Manage external partners responsible for execution (eCommerce platforms, agencies, etc.).
Play a key role in commercial planning (S&OP, forecasting, growth initiatives).
Manage a resource that operationalizes online commerce.
Candidate based in Montreal: remote work + travel to Quebec City once per month.
Candidate based in Quebec City: hybrid — remote work and in-person collaboration 2 days per week.
Requirements
University degree in business, administration, marketing or a related field (or equivalent);
Proven experience in commercialization, online commerce and marketing (over 5 years);
Proficiency with performance tracking, reporting and CRM tools (sales forecasting, data analysis);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English — English is required to collaborate with partners and internal teams across Canada.
Strong analytical rigor and the ability to monitor and manage performance indicators;
Initiative and proactivity to identify and resolve operational issues;
Ability to manage multiple internal and external teams and projects simultaneously;
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment;
Ability to positively influence contributors and act as a strategic internal and external partner;
Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
