About the role

  • Lead Commercial Strategy Manager at Perrigo responsible for branded and own label product strategy execution. Enhance the performance of the team across multiple self-care categories.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the commercial strategy and execution of Branded and Own Label products
  • Ownership for defining where to play & how to win by leading the organisation
  • Responsible for setting business goals & priorities in annual planning
  • Direct responsibility for P&L management on the brands & categories
  • Reporting to Cluster and Global leadership teams on initiative performance
  • Own the commercial inputs into our Innovation plans
  • Enable the performance and nurture the development of Perrigo’s top talent

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in Consumer Goods (FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, etc.)
  • Strong commercial experience in Sales, Commercial Strategy, Category Development or RGM
  • Proven P&L ownership with track record of achieving targets through collaboration
  • Managerial experience with success in coaching & developing talent
  • Some travel required (approx. 10-15%)
